Hi John Murphy:
My agent sent me some MLS info for solds in Foxberry, and some of them show a different sales price in the MSL records than what’s shown in county data. e.g., 4275 Shorewood trail:$645 in MLS but $618 in county records. Why? agent doesn’t know.
i was wondering about the $1mm homes too, actually I was only really looking in Medina area and struck by numer of $1mm homes. what’s going on? everyone trying to get their debt forgiveness before it goes away?
